Turning Green into Green

If you would like to showcase your green building products or services to the leaders in the green building movement in Florida , then consider being an Exhibitor at this year's GreenTrends Conference. Attendees will include builders, developers, architects, engineers, planners, government officials, landscape architects, and green building consultants who are looking for innovative green products and services to use in their projects. Space - Exhibitors will be provided with an exhibit space for their display in one of the classrooms located in the same building as the Auditorium where the Conference will be held. Two exhibit space sizes are available: 10' wide X 8' deep and 20' wide X 8' deep. A draped 6' table and 2 chairs are available as part of the space. ID signs will be provided

Cost - $300 for 10' Wide X 8' Deep Exhibit Space or $600 for 20' Wide X 8' Deep Exhibit Space

Limited Space Available - There will be a limited number of Exhibit Spaces available for this year's Conference. These spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis, determined by the date the application and full payment is received. Before you send in your Exhibitor Application Form , please contact the Exhibitor Coordinator to make sure that space is still available. Full payment by check must accompany the Application.

• Your company name, description, and hot link to your website listed under "Conference Exhibitors" on the GreenTrends Conference website
• Company name listed in the Conference Program
• Full contact information provided in the Exhibitor Directory received by each conference attendee

Exhibit Areas Opens for Setup - 7:00 AM

12:00 Noon - Exhibit Area Opens - Also open during afternoon break

5:00 - 6:00 PM - Open During Social Hour in Exhibit Areas

Wednesday - May 5, 2004 :

Exhibit Areas Opens - 7:30 AM

Also open during morning break and end of Plenary Sessions.

Exhibit Area closes for Take Down at 1:30 PM - Wednesday, May 5, 2004
