Booth
Space – Exhibitors
will be provide with a pipe and draped 10’ wide by
6’ deep exhibit space for their display in one of the
Exhibit Tents. Tents are set up on paved patio areas adjacent
to the Conference Center and have side curtains to protect
exhibits from the elements. A covered and draped 6’X24” table
and 2 chairs are available as part of the space. ID signs
will be provided.
Cost - FGBC Business, Government Agencies, & Nonprofit
Members - $750.00; All Others $900.00
Limited Space Available – There
will be a limited number of Exhibit Spaces available for
this year’s Conference. These spaces will be filled
on a first come, first served basis, determined by the
date the application and full payment is received. Before
you send in your Exhibitor Application Form, please contact
the FGBC Executive Director to make sure that space is
still available. Exhibitors will be limited to one booth
space per business, agency, or organization. Full payment
must accompany the Application.
Security – Since
the exhibit tents are located outdoors directly adjacent
to the Conference Center, tent security will be provided
from 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 26, 2005 until 8:00 AM Friday,
May 27, 2005. We recommend that items of value, such as
computers, etc., not be left in the tent area overnight.
Restriction – Exhibits
that utilize liquids, including water, are restricted to
the tent area and not allowed inside the conference center
building.
Electrical and Internet Hookups – Normal
power for display lighting and equipment will be available.
However outlets may require you to have a 50’ extension
cords to connect. Any special power requirements beyond a normal
15 amp wall outlet must be approved before hand and may require
an additional charge. Currently, The Chelsea Conference Center
does not have Internet access available. If this changes, you
will be notified. |
